But there is one more important mineral that is also vital in the current scenario.   It is also one of the binding minerals that absorbs calcium, magnesium and other minerals for the bones.   Many are not aware of this mineral and that is why I wanted to post this video.  It is a trace mineral called boron.   Let\'s see what this boron does.   The calcium needs to be properly absorbed by the bones in order to work properly. Through boron, the calcium gets absorbed into the bones.   Additionally, boron helps reduce the pain caused by inflammatory arthritis. Boron helps to keep the bones stronger and reduces pain in the joints.   Boron also helps the secretion of hormones like testosterone and estrogen. Very importantly, it helps reduce the chances of certain types of cancer  A lot of people are not aware of this mineral and therefore they do not include this mineral in their food.   Boron altogether helps to strengthen your bones, reduces joint pain, and increases muscle strength.   Fresh green vegetables are a good source of this mineral. Secondly, beans have a good source of boron. Potato, one of the favorites for most of you is also a good source.  Apples, grapes, and prunes contain boron. If you have kidney problems, then you should reduce the amount of boron intake.   The kidney and liver play a major role in disposing of the excreta.
